Inheriting from a Deceased Woman: Who Gets What?

Q: Deceased woman left 1 husband, 1 daughter, 1 father, 1 mother, 2 brothers and 1 sister. How will the inheritance be distributed?

Bismillaah

A: The estate will be divided into 13 equal shares and distributed as follows:

Husband will receive 3 shares
Daughter will receive 6 shares
Father will receive 2 shares
Mother will receive 2 shares

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
