Q: IWhat is the maslah if the deceased left 4 sons and 1 daughter. How will the shares be given?
A: If the deceased does not have any other heirs, such as a wife or parents then the estate will be divided into 9 equal shares and distributed as follows:
Each son will receive 2 shares
The daughter will receive 1 share
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
