Q: Can one perform zabiha of an animal that is purchased with illegal means, i.e. money earned from gambling, smuggling drugs, etc.
A: Money that is earned through illegal means is supposed to be given out in charity without the niyyat of thawaab. It is haraam for him to use that wealth.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
