Q: my husband and I had an argument and I asked for talaq, he got angry and said ‘you have talaq’ the next day he said to me “I already given you talaaq” ” you have your talaaq” does this count as 3 talaqs or just one? We then had intercourse and living together do we have to get married again or what to do? Please advice?
A: If he was referring to the talaaq that he had already given then it is only one talaaq.
