Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Suppose a person is committing sexual sins but he can’t stop committing sins by other ways than marriage. Will marriage be still fard for him? What if he or she fears to not giving the spouse his or her rights?

Bismillaah

A: Allah Tala has made the institution of nikaah the means of fulfilling one’s sexual desires. Every other way which has not been permitted by Shari’ah is impermissible.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
