Q: After a man divorced his wife, if he wants to remarry this woman then is it necessary for the second husband to have sex with this woman for her to become halaal for her first husband?
A: When she is divorced from the first husband and she has completed the waiting term i.e. 3 monthly cycles she may marry. Once she is married she can enjoy the same type of intimacy with the second husband which she had enjoyed with the first husband. After she has enjoyed complete intimacy with the second husband and he has divorced her, she may marry the first husband if she so desires.
