Q:
1. Is a women allowed to make her clothes touch her face when taking it off in ihram?
2. If the clothes touch the face when taking it of is sadaqa wajib?
، وَالْمَحْفُوظُ عَنْ عُلَمَائِنَا خِلَافُهُ وَهُوَ وُجُوبُ عَدَمِ مُمَاسَّةِ شَيْءٍ لِوَجْهِهَا رد المحتار فِي تَغْطِيَةِ كُلِّ الْوَجْهِ أَوْ الرَّأْسِ يَوْمًا أَوْ لَيْلَةً دَمٌ وَالرُّبُعُ مِنْهُمَا كَالْكُلِّ وَفِي الْأَقَلِّ مِنْ يَوْمٍ أَوْ مِنْ الرُّبُعِ صَدَقَةٌ كَمَا فِي اللُّبَابِ رد المحتار
A: Sadaqah is not waajib. Sadaqah will only be waajib in the case of wearing a cloth on the face. Hence, since this is not wearing the cloth on the face, sadaqah will not be waajib.
