Carrying one’s shoes in a bag while performing tawaaf

Q: Whilst performing tawaaf in Ihraam or not, is it permissible to carry ones sandals in a shoulder bag or in a satchel tied around the waist? Should the shoulder bag/satchel be made of cloth or leather/vinyl?

Bismillaah

A: Yes.

Both are permissible.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
