Q: My husband divorced me while I was in my menses, is it valid? Then before iddat was done we we were intimate. Then I told him to give the other two talaaqs in a text message. He did it but then we were intimate again. Are we still married?
A: All three talaaqs have taken place and the nikah has terminated. It is no longer permissible for you both to continue living together.
