Q: I stated that, I was suffering from high state of depression in year 2013/2014. My whole statement is under.
That day of year 2013/2014 there was big problem in internetconnection. So I was working hardly on it because my business was wholly solely based On the internet. During that checking some vulgar pics appeared On the monitor screen. Then I shut down the computer and went to Adjust the internet antenna. During that period when my wife amar Hussain plugged in the computer, she saw that volar pics from Internet history. She came upstairs and told me, I want to talk to you. She took me in the room and asked me what is this, why are you Watching this stuff, am I not enough for you. I have started smiling And told her , this is only for the checking purpose. But she Hasn’t believe me . And asked again what is this why are you Watching this dirt you are not like this . I told her again. All Of this is only for check. You know me. During that time, I Was trying to solve that problem of internet connection too. During That small fight , when I felt that both of us are Touching the extreme level. Then I told her leave this matter Now I am doing something very important to work on, and Felling mental illness, we will discuss it letter. But she hasn’t And snatched my laptop. So I felt, this is enough, now If I stay in the room any more time, then some thing Very wrong will take happen here . I knew my patience Level based on that illness. Because I felt myself completlly out of Mind. I got up and try to get out of room . But she gripped my Hand and asked again in extreme level of anger she said ‘answer me now’ . That time could not tolerate. Even I was totally unaware, but Un willingly I shouted “I divorce you” “ I divorce you” ” I divorce you”. Now get lost. She shouted, what have you Done and started crying . Sir that all were happened so fast that I Could not understand. Even I was not in my own hand. Next moment I felt That I have rounded my entire life through my own hands . Then started crying too. When both of us went to my mother Who is master degree holder in islamiyah subject . We Told her the entire situation she opened the holy quran and Books of the hades’ she told us that divorce hasn’t Happened. Divorce is not like this. You can only give one in single Sitting. There only one has occurred. Latter on, I have come to Know that even single one hasn’t occurred. Because of that Hades’, which partially means, there is no divorce in extreme State of anger. But I haven’t take the legal written fatwa from any Mufti or aalim e din. So these days, my wife is in london with her mother. There. Through some sources , she has come to know that three divorce in One sitting counted as three. So she is totally worried about it and has Broken her entire contact with me. I know that there is, but this Matter is not about teen talaq. This is the matter of talaq in Extreme anger , which includes my mantle illness too According to the attached doctor report . Therefore, I know that is going Totally on the wrong path. So kindly help and guide us to take The step according to perfect islamic rule on this type Of situation.
