Is wudhu necessary for the one visiting the qabrastaan?

Q:

1. I wanted to ask you, does a person have to be in wadu to go qabarstan to pray fatiha.

2. Does a person have to be in wadu to pray 4 qul and Ayatul Qursi without holding any Quran in their hand. If you made mistake without knowing you have to be in wadu, what should I do, because I didn’t know all this?
