Are Houris Described as White Because of Arab Preferences?

Q: I was wondering, is it accurate to say that the houris are described as white because that is what many of the arabs liked at the time? Is it kufr or ignorance to say this?

A: Yes, they are millions of times more beautiful than white (women).
