Charging a fee for the use of the ghusal khaana

Q: Can the trustees of the ghusal khana force family or burial societies using the facility to pay a fee for use of the ghusal facility?

Bismillaah

A: It is permissible for the trustees of the Ghusal khaana to charge a fee for the use of the ghusal khaana.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

( و ) تصح إجارة أرض ( للبناء والغرس ) وسائر الانتفاعات كطبخ آجر وخزف ومقيلا ومراحا حتى تلزم الأجرة بالتسليم أمكن زراعتها أم لا بحر (الدر المختار 6/30)
