Burial Organizations: Business or Service?

Q: Certain burial organizations run their service for burials as a business, what is the ruling?

Bismillaah

A: In South Africa, there is a general practice that the community takes care of the burial needs. Hence, in these places where the communities are fulfilling these needs, there is no need to commence a business for such a noble work.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
