Women removing hair from their upper lips, legs and arms

Q: Is it haraam for Muslim girls to remove hair from their upper lip, upper and lower limbs (arms and legs). If not then is it permissible for them not to remove hair from the above mentioned areas?

A: Yes, it is permissible.
