Q: I want to know if nikaah before rukhsati, husband and wife meet each other and after some time they want divorce, then should this be carried out?
A: If they wish to divorce the appropriate sequence is that they should consult their elders, parents, etc. Discuss the matter and try to bring about an amicable solution.
