Understanding Ruju: Revoking Divorce and the Status of Your Wife

Q: I have given two talaaq a raji to my wife, and she is still in her iddat waiting time. I wanted to know is ruju as I have stated verbally and written with two witness I have taken her back. I sent her an email and sent her a copy of this to her parents address where she is living at the moment. What if now she dosen’t want to come back, have I revoked this divorce and is she still my wife?
