Dealing with Doubts and Hygiene After Urinating

Q: I have doubts about after urinating. A man must just wash his penis with water or the water must reach the hole of the penis and I also suffer from waswasas. After urinating I wash my penis little bit open and rubbing my penis with finger. I have another question, I wash my penis with my hand that water reaches my hand, that water is najis?
