Q: I was very religious before, then I fell in love with a boy. Slowly I got distanced from my religion. I will marry that boy but if I will not talk to him it will hurt him. Will I be sinful now because I am talking to him for 2 years and now I am not talking to him because of my religion. He has sacrificed much for me. I will be hurting him so will I be sinful?
A: No. Tell him that this is not permissible. Therefore, you are keeping away until it is permissible for you to talk i.e. with nikaah.
