Male nephew living with his maternal uncle’s family

Q: My question is can a male nephew live with his maternal uncle’s family. My uncle has three daughters who are in primary school. Can you please let me know according to Qur’an and Hadith is it permissible for a male nephew to live with him in his house in his presence?

Bismillaah

A: It is not at all safe to live in a place where one can be lured towards fitnah and haraam.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
