Covering the head in ihraam

Q:

1. Is it permissible for a man to wear a jacket or cover ones body including head with a blanket while in ihraam?

2. Is it permissible for a couple to cut each other’s hair after the umrah is complete to come out of ihraam?

A:

1. The head should not be covered.

2. Yes.
