Shari’ah Ratio for Widow, Sons, and Daughters as Heirs

Q: I wish to know the Shari’ah ratio of the below mentioned heirs:

1 – widow

2 – sons

2 – daughters

Bismillaah

A: The estate will be divided into 48 equal shares and distributed as follows:

Wife will receive 6 shares

Each son will receive 14 shares

Each daughter will receive 7 shares

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
