Reciting Surah Waaqi’ah 41 times daily

Q: I came to know about Surah Waaqi’ah that if any one reads it 41 times daily for a year, Allah Ta’ala will make him ghani? Is it true? And if yes then can I read it any time in the day in parts or there should be a particular time for it and durood shareef should also be read before starting and after ending?

A: This is based on some person’s experience. It is not from the Qur’aan or Hadeeth.
