Q: My husband gave me two talaaqs about three months or so and he said to me two days ago if I want my talaak, I can take it and go. Is this considered as my third talaak given or not and he was under the influence of alcohol and he was extremely angry.
A: If you exercised the right to take the talaaq at the time he gave you the right, then the talaaq would have been valid.
