Q: Did the yahood at time of Esa (Alayhis Salaam) have to follow the zaboor or leave that and follow Hazrat Esa (Alayhis Salaam)?

Bismillaah

A: Hazrat Esa (Alayhis Salaam) was sent to the Bani Israeel. Hence, they were commanded to follow him and his book.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
