Touching Quran on Phone Without Wudu: Permissible or Not?

Q: Is it permissible to touch a quran on the phone witout wudhu?

Bismillaah

A: It is permissible to touch the screen without wudhu, however one should refrain from placing one’s hand on the screen where the verses of the Qur’an appear.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
