Q: If a man had sex with a woman earlier, then he wants to marry the same woman, can he do it? Is it permissible in Islam?

Bismillaah

A: Yes it is permissible to get married. However they should sincerely repent and seek Allah Ta’ala’s forgiveness for the sin they had committed.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
