Going for Hajj if one has outstanding loans

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Can one perform hajj if he has taken a loan but as Qarz e husana?

Bismillaah

A: If by qardh-e-hasanah you refer to a loan where the creditor happily agrees that you may carry on for hajj and you may repay whenever able, then it is permissible.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
