Washing the mouth after bleeding gums

Q:

1. While brushing my teeth my gums bleed and when I try to wash my mouth by rinsing in the basin there are splashes of water back on me. Are these splashes napak?

2. When there is a nose bleeding and while washing there are splashes back on me are they napak?

A:

1. If only water had splashed on to you, it will be paak.

2. As above.
