Answer:
It is permissible for the husband to touch his deceased wife with an intervening cloth e.g. if she has clothes or a kafan on her body. (Raddul Muhtaar, Vol. 1, Page 633, Fataawaa Darul Uloom Mudallal Mukammal, Vol. 5, Page 253, Ahsanul Fataawaa, Vol. 4, Page 225, Ahkaam-e-Mayyit, Page 42)
