Answer:
The Iddah of a widow is four LUNAR months and ten days from the time of the husband’s death if he passes away in the beginning of the month. If the husband passes away in between the month then her Iddah will be 130 complete days from the time of his death. (Raddul Muhtaar, Vol. 2, Page 654)
In the question forwarded the husband passed away in between the month, therefore the widow’s Iddah will terminate on the 4th of October 2004 at 2 a.m. This will be 130 complete days after his death.
PS. The Iddah of a lady who was pregnant at the time of the husband’s death will be upto the time that she gives birth.
