Does the fifteenth of Rajab hold any extra merit?

Is there any narration which states that the fifteenth (15th) of Rajab is a blessed day and it is called the ‘Day of Istiftah’?

Answer

Al Muhaddith ‘Abdul Haq Ad Dehlawi (rahimahullah) states he has not come across any Hadith which explains extra merit for the fifteenth of Rajab nor has he come across that this day is called ‘Day of Istiftah.’ [A Day to seek help and assistance from Allah]

(Refer: Al Atharul Marfu’ah, pg. 78 and 112)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
