The virtue of waking up for Tahajjud Salah and awakening one’s spouse

Please verify the authenticity of this Hadith:

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, “If a man awakens his wife at night, and they both offer Salah or both offer two rak’ahs together, they are recorded to be among those who remember Allah Ta’ala in abundance [dhakirin and dhakirat]”

Answer

Imams Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah (rahimahumallah) have recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna Abu Sa’id and Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhuma).

(Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith: 1303-1446, Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith: 1335)

Imam Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith authentic and ‘Allamah Nawawi (rahimahullah) has declared the chain of Abu Dawud authentic (sahih).
