Can you mention the reference for this please?
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (radiyallahu anhu) said to ‘Abdullah ibn As Samit (rahimahullah), “O my nephew! I stayed for thirty (30) days and nights without anything to consume but the water of Zamzam. Through the blessings of drinking Zamzam I put on so much of weight that my belly developed creases and I never felt the pangs and weakness of hunger.”

Imam Muslim (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration. This is part of a lengthy narration wherein Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (radiyallahu ‘anhu) explains his journey to accepting Islam.
