A Hadith on the bounty of memorizing the Quran

Is this Hadith authentic?

“If a person who has acquired knowledge of the Holy Quran considers another person who has been gifted with something else to be more fortunate than himself, he has shown disrespect to the blessing of Allah”

Answer

Imam Bayhaqi (rahimahullah) has recorded the following narration:

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“Whomsoever has been granted the opportunity by Allah Ta’ala to memorize the Quran and he considers another person has been granted better than him, then he has belittled the greatest of bounties”

(Shu’abul Iman, Hadith: 2355)

This Hadith has been transmitted with a very weak chain.
