The reward for not facing the Qiblah when relieving oneself

Is this Hadith authentic?

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“The one who does not face the qiblah at the time of relieving himself, nor does he cause his back to face the qiblah while relieving himself, one good deed is written for him and one sin is wiped out”

Answer

Imam Tabarani (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu).

(Al Mu’jamul Awsat, Hadith: 1343)

‘Allamah Mundhiri and ‘Allamah Haythami (rahimahumallah) have declared the narrators reliable.

(Targhib, vol. 1 pg. 136, Majma’uz Zawaid, vol. 1 pg. 206)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
