Does one recite ابن ماجه or ابن ماجة? Is the taa changed into haa or not? If yes, why?

This name is a non Arabic (Persian) one, and is correctly spelt and pronounced with a ‘haa’ (ه) in all cases.
The rules of Arabic grammar do not apply.

Unfortunately, this name is very commonly mis-spelt with a taa (ة) and therefore creates confusion.
