Reference for the du’a recited between the two sajdahs

Please give the reference for the du’a recited between the sajdahs:

“O Allah! Pardon me, have mercy on me, help me, guide me and grant me sustenance”

Answer

Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu ‘anhuma) reports that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would recite the following between the two sajdahs:

Allahummaghfir li warhamni wajburni wahdini warzuqni

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 284. Imam Abu Dawud, Imam Ibn Majah and Imam Hakim have recorded the du’a with slight differences in the wording. Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith:  846, Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith: 898 and Mustadrak Hakim, vol. 1 pg. 262)

The Arabic text of the du’a:

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاجْبُرْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي
