Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would always fast on Ayyamul bid [the white days]

Is this narration authentic?

Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu ‘anhuma) said:

“Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would not break fast on the days of Al-Bid [13th, 14th and 15th of every month] whether he was a resident or travelling”

Answer

Imam Nasai (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration.

(Sunan Nasai; Al Mujtaba, Hadith: 2345)

‘Allamah Nawawi (rahimahullah) has graded the chain sound (hasan).

(Riyadus Salihin, Hadith: 1283, Darul Minhaj edition)
