‘Whoever is not pleased with Allah’s decisions should seek another Rabb’

Is this Hadith Qudsi authentic?

Allah Ta’ala says, “Whoever is not pleased with my decisions, is not patient on my trials/tests then he should seek another Rabb besides me”

Answer

Imam Tabarani (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith Qudsi on the authority of Abu Hind Ad Dari (radiyallahu ‘anhu).

(Al Mu’jamul Kabir, Hadith: 807, volume: 22)

‘Allamah Haythami (rahimahullah) has declared a narrator very weak.

(Majma’uz Zawaid, vol. 7 pg. 207. Also see: Al Mughni ‘An Hamlil Asfar, Hadith: 4200 and Faydul Qadir, Hadith: 6009)

Imam Tabarani (rahimahullah) has recorded the following Hadith which is suitable to quote on the authority of Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu ‘anhu):

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, “Whoever is not pleased with the decision of Allah and does not accept His decree should seek another Deity besides Allah”

(Al Mu’jamus Awsat, 8366 and Saghir, Refer: Majma’uz Zawaid, vol. 7 pg. 207)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.

Although the second narration does support the one in question, it would still be better to rather quote the second one.
