Who is the following statement attributed to?

“Good character is that you do not become angry and infuriated. And good character is to endure [the difficulties] you encounter from people”

Answer

Hafiz Ibn Rajab Al Hambali (rahimahullah) has cited this as the statement of Imam Ahmad ibn Hambal (rahimahullah).
