Please provide the full narration and reference for the du’a which Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) taught to Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (radiyallahu ‘anhu) to recite every morning and evening.

You are probably referring to the following narration:
Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (radiyallahu ‘anhuma) reports that Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (radiyallahu ‘anhu) asked Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) to teach him a du’a that he could recite in the morning and evening. Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) taught him the following du’a:
اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ عَالِمَ الغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهِ، وَأَنْ أَقْتَرِفَ عَلَى نَفْسِي سُوءًا أَوْ أَجُرَّهُ إِلَى مُسْلِمٍ

Translation
O Allah, Creator of the skies and the Earth, the Knower of the unseen and seen, there is no deity worthy of worship besides You. You are the Rabb and the Master of everything. I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul and the evil of Shaytan and his shirk, and I seek Your refuge that I carry out any sin or I am the cause of harm to any Muslim.
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
