Did ‘Isa (‘alayhis salam) get married?

Did ‘Isa (‘alayhis salam) get married? If not, kindly explain the Quranic verse 13:38

Answer

I have not come across an authentic Hadith which states that ‘Isa (‘alayhis salam) got married or remained unmarried.

In the verse that you are referring to, Allah Ta’ala says:

“We have certainly sent many Messengers before you and we granted them wives and progenies”

(Surah Ra’d, verse: 38)

Allah Ta’ala is informing us that the Ambiya (‘alayhimus salam) were Humans. They would eat, drink and get married, unlike Angels.

(Tafsirul Baghawi)

The above is the general rule. It is possible that some Ambiya were excluded from the above verse.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
