Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by HadithAnswers.com

Can the following be practiced upon?

‘It is Allah’s promise that anyone who recites, after every Salah,

Suratul Fatihah, Ayatul Kursi, two verses of Al-Imran, that is Shahidallahu..(3:18) and the verse: Qulillahumma Malikal Mulki upto Bi ghayri hisab (3: 26, 27),

He will make his abode in Paradise, and have him placed in the Sacred Enclosure, and bless him with His mercy seventy times every day, and fulfill seventy of his needs, and protect him against every envier and enemy and make him prevail over them.’

Answer

Yes.

This Hadith is reported by Sayyiduna ‘Ali (radiyallahu’anhu) and is recorded in ‘Amalul yawmi wal laylah of Imam Ibnus Sunni, Hadith: 125 and is suitable for practice despite its chain’s slight weakness.

Hafiz Ibn Hajar (rahimahullah) has clearly refuted the claim of those who declared this a fabrication. His teacher; ‘Allamah ‘Iraqi (rahimahullah) has also disagreed with those who dismissed this Hadith as a fabrication.
