Reciting the Shahadah when washing each limb in wudu

Is there a Hadith regarding reading the Shahadah when washing every limb in wudu?

Answer

Hafiz Ja’far Al Mustaghfiri (rahimahullah) has recorded the following weak narration on the authority of Sayyiduna Al Bara Ibn ‘Azib (radiyallahu ‘anhuma) in his Kitabud Da’awat,

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

When a person performs wudu, says Bismillah, then recites the Shahadah on every limb and recites the following du’a after completing the wudu, ‘Allahummaj ‘alni minat tawwabin waj ‘alni minal mutatahhirin’, the the eight doors of Jannah will be opened for him, he may enter through any door he wishes.
