1.Your wife usually complains about how her muslim boss usually maltreated her at work
2.Telling your mother about the wrongs your father did in his absence

The question is too brief in order to for us to comment. Besides first ascertaining whether it is permitted for your wife to work, it will also depend on what type of mistreatment took place.
Likewise, the ruling on whether you may inform your mother depends on what type of wrongs your father perpetrates.
