Q. If a girl is having istihaaza and her shirt gets stained with blood, can she then pray in the same shirt without washing the blood? The bleeding is such that it doesn’t stop during the salaat.
A. Blood is impure and she should not perform salaah with her shirt that got stained with the blood. She must therefore try her best to protect her clothes from becoming messed up with the blood while in salaah.
If however, the shirt with the blood has been washed but the stain has remained (even after washing and drying), then it will be allowed to perform salaah with this.
