Q. Is masah over leather socks permissible in all conditions or in certain conditions (like extreme cold, etc.)?
A. Masah is permissible over the leather socks whenever you wear them and have fulfilled the conditions for the permissibility of Masah over them. These socks can be worn in all conditions, whether it is hot, warm or cold, on travel or in residency.
