Q. What is the validity of salaah if a letter was pronounced as another letter in salaah. Example a THA being pronounced as a THOR.
A. When a letter is mispronounced in Salaah, we have to look at whether it has changed the meaning of the word pronounced or not. If it has changed it to the extent that the meaning of the new word is reprehensible, then this will invalidate the Salaah. If this did not happen, then Salaah will be valid.
