Q1: Is it Fardh or Waajib for a musafir to perform Qasar Salah?

Q2: If a musafir is an Imam of muqeem followers, and the musafir Imam performs full 4 rakaats of Esha and the makes Sajda-e-Sahw at the end, what is the condition of the muqeems Salah? Do the muqeems have to repeat their Salah?

Q3: If a person left out a Wajib intentionally or unintentionally, does he have to repeat the Salah? And if he forgot to make Sajda-e-Sahw?

A1: It is Wajib for a musafir to perform Qasar Salah.
A2: If the musafir Imam read 4 rakats intentionally, then he has sinned and has to repeat his Salah. If he did it unintentionally, then he has to make Sajda-e-Sahw, therefore his Salah is valid. The Salah of the muqeems is not valid. They have to repeat it.
A3: If a Wajib is left out intentionally, then the Salah has to be repeated. If a Wajib is left out unintentionally, then Sajda-e-Sahw becomes Wajib. If he forgot to make Sajda-e-Sahw, then the Salah has to be repeated.
